What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

By Train
You can travel directly to Glynde on Southern Railway from Brighton, Lewes and Eastbourne. Failing that, train to Lewes and then a short taxi ride to Glynde (or wait for the Glynde connection).

By Car
If coming via the A27 drive through the village, past the church and on past the main entrance to Glynde Place and then turn right through the Park Gates. It coming via Glyndebourne turn left before cliombing the hill. Folow signs to the Vistors' Car Park.

By Foot
You can also walk over Mount Caburn from Lewes. It will take about 1 hour and bring you down by the main entrance (turn right, towards village when leaving the hill).

Do you have wheel chair access?

Access to the house is not easy for wheel chair users. The main entrance is up four sets of stairs that are not ramped or handrailed. The concerts are held in the Gallery on the first floor and which is only accessible by a wide staircase.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

All tickets may be transferred but please notify the office.

Is my ticket refundable?

We do not refund tickets (unless we have had to cancel a concert). However you may pass onto another person for their use. See above for details.

Can I bring my dog?

Assistance dogs are welcome but otherwise dogs are not allowed into the garden for this event.
