Vernissage & Finissage Parties

MUSIC | BAR | FOOD | FIRE

Two evenings of food, fire, drink and music to celebrate the artist Jana Nicole's historic Prix Puvis de Chavannes award. Join Jana Nicole for either the vernissage or finissage party which includes music and a giant Kadai fire bowl. There will also be Mexican street food and a bar available to ensure both are memorable evenings.

What are your access arrangements?

The event is on the ground floor and suitable for visitors with mobility issues including wheel-chair
users. Please contact Glynde Estates office if you require more information and assistance in this
matter.

Is registration/ticket booking essential?

The evening events on 2nd & 9th December are for ticket holders only. Tickets are free but bookable
ahead on a first-come first-serve basis.

For daytime opening from December 2nd until 11th the exhibition is open 11am-6pm and no booking
is required.

Is Botanical Troupe suitable for children?

Botanical Troupe is a family-friendly event. Children of all ages are welcome.

Is my ticket transferable?

You may pass onto another person for their use for the evening events.

Can I bring my dog?

Dogs are welcome, but only guide dogs or assistance dogs are allowed to the
evening events.

What catering should I expect at the event?

There is no catering during the exhibition in the daytime. There is the Glynde Tea Room as well as pubs and cafes at nearby Firle, Ringmer and Lewes.

At the evening events there is a food outlet where you can buy delicious Mexican street food and a pay-bar with beer supplied by The Gun Brewery. Card payments will be accepted.

Is the artwork for sale and what are the prices?

Yes, all artwork in the exhibition is for sale.
