Dhruv Baker's Winter Feast
MasterChef Dhruv Baker will be hosting the Winter Feast on Saturday 3rd December 2011.
Hosted in the Marble Hall , the evening will commence at 6.30pm with a welcome drink of sparkling or mulled wine. Guests will then be treated to a cookery demonstration by Dhruv in the Old Kitchens. Where he will inspire you with ideas for your own winter feast. This will then be followed by a four-course dinner cooked by Dhruv and his team.
Henry Butler of Butler's Wine Cellar will then be giving a talk on the wines selected to go with the meal.
Dhruv’s Winter Feast will be the launch of the first of many seasonal feasts at Glynde Place. Following on from the success of the annual Glynde Food & English Wine Festival, Glynde Place will continue to work with some of the UK’s top chefs to explore seasonal and local produce by hosting cooking demonstrations and dinner parties to inspire.
